RETURNS POLICY

 

If , for some reason, you would like to return your purchase we will give you a full refund. You must initiate the refund within 7 days of the product reaching you and the returned goods should reach us within 15 days of delivery. To initiate returns you need to contact our Customer Care on support@moah.jewelry or call on +91 75978 93237 and share with us what the issue is. Our Customer Care team will be happy to help you with this.

 

This facility is available to buyers in India only.  Items need to be returned with their original tag, in the original packaging and with the dispatch note and invoice. Item should be unused. We will let you know if our logistics partners can collect the returns parcel from your location. In that case we will bear the cost of the returns shipping. In case that is not possible you will have to ship the goods duly insured from your side to reach us timely with all original unused items including the items of packing being sent to us. Goods should duly reach us in proper order before we can process the refund. Buyers from Rest of the World must contact Customer Care to know the possibilities available at that time.

 

Non Returnable Items

  • Items that have been engraved, embossed or otherwise modified to your specifications cannot be refunded unless they are found to be defective or faulty by our team.
  • Custom jewelry orders that have been specially made on order to your specifications cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased during sale are non returnable.

The above does not apply to faulty or defective items. You must return any faulty or defective item to us within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase by initiating a returns request within 7 days of delivery. You may then choose to receive a replacement, repair, exchange for an alternative item or refund. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.
